Here’s how to reserve a place at the Companions’ Breakfast
- Submit your registration to SPAH for the 2024 Convention
- Return the Companions Breakfast Invitation including your name and contact information (mobile phone and email) to:

In the subject line please include the words, SPAH Breakfast Registration.
